I met the Signature Pools owners at a golf tournament during a casual conversation. What struck me first is they never tried to sell me. That’s a HUGE plus in my book. Rather, they listened to my concerns first and then suggested how they could help. A few weeks later (due to my schedule) they came out and answered some questions that could only be answered while looking at my pool and then did some maintenance work on a few things — none of which I asked for. Sounds negative, but it’s not. They saw some things that needed to be addressed that were small, but could have become HUGE issues. I was very thankful. They continue to help and will be engaged shortly in some storm damage due to a recent Nor’Easter. Am I concerned or worried that it won’t be taken care of properly? Absolutely not! I know that even if I’m not there it will be done correctly and on budget.
I’d recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a pool or help with their current pool!
